Credit Card Fraud

With licensed investigators, Certified Fraud Examiners, and other professional sleuths, including former law enforcement on staff at Classified3.com, fraudsters are tracked, identified and prosecuted.

Before credit card numbers are processed, the originating e-mail address is scrubbed against a huge database of fraudsters, then the card number is combed through a database of problematic, abused, stolen and fake credit card numbers to ensure that the card is valid.

Credit-card fraud is a Federal felony, and we prosecute each case to the fullest extent permissible under the law. Such fraud cases are referred to the U.S. Secret Service and other law enforcement entities with applicable jurisdiction throughout the world.

Changes to Classified3.com's Privacy Policy

1. Payment for Services. The Client agrees to pay Classified3.com for its services and those of its employees at the rates set forth in any accompanying Price List. Any such price list is hereby included by reference within the terms of this Contract. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment will be by major credit card, and the Client hereby waives any rights to cancel or stop payments on any credit card submitted to Classified3.com. The Client further agrees that any costs or expenses incurred by Classified3.com in the collection of amounts owed by the Client, or the enforcement or other litigation or arbitration regarding the terms of this Contract, including but not limited to attorney's fees and court costs, will be paid by the Client.

2. Results Are Not Guaranteed. The Client acknowledges that Classified3.com does not guarantee results from its investigative efforts. The Client furthermore acknowledges that Classified3.com makes no warrantees or representations of the accuracy of the information it provides.

3. Compliance With Laws and Regulations. The Client agrees that in connection with the investigation or consultation for which Classified3.com is retained by this Contract, [he, she, it] will at all times comply with the laws and regulations of the United States, the State of Nevada, and any jurisdiction in which Classified3.com is performing services on [his, her, its] behalf, and that the information provided by Classified3.com is intended solely for the furtherance of legitimate and lawful pursuits.

4. Indemnification. The Client agrees to indemnify, protect, and hold harmless Classified3.com for any losses, damages, or expenses that Classified3.com shall incur or become liable as a result of the acts or omissions of the Client, or of the employees of Classified3.com who are performing services on behalf of the Client.

5. Dispute Resolution Through Binding Arbitration. The Client agrees that any dispute, civil action or controversy related to this Contract or its relationship with Classified3.com shall be adjudicated by binding arbitration, and hereby explicitly waives [his, her, its] rights to any cause of action in any federal or state court or administrative agency. If the Client and Classified3.com are unable to agree on the procedures and parameters of any such arbitration, the arbitration shall be governed by the procedures and personnel of the American Arbitration Association, with the cost of the American Arbitration Association's services divided equally between the Client and Classified3.com Classified3.com retains the right to bring a civil action in a court or proper jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this Contract, Including, but not limited to, for injunctive relief or for breach of contract, or to bring a cross claim or third party claim against the Client if Classified3.com is sued because of the acts or omissions of the Client.

6. Information Is Proprietary. Any information provided by Classified3.com to Client remains the exclusive property of Classified3.com

7. Applicable Laws. This Contract and any disputes, civil actions, or other proceedings shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the arbitration provisions set forth in Section 5 above.

8. Forum Selection. The Courts of the State of Nevada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to this Contract.

9. Severability. In the event that a term or condition of this Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the remaining terms and conditions of the Contract will remain in full force and effect.

10. Contract Represents Entire Agreement. This Contract constitutes the entirety of the agreement between the Client and Classified3.com This Contract supersedes any previous oral or written communications. This Contract may not be modified or amended except in writing.

I STATE THAT I HAVE READ THIS CONTRACT IN ITS ENTIRETY, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THOSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
